Partnering With Wake Correctional Center, volunteers gather at Cross Assembly to minister to 30+ dads from prison, their kids, and caregivers. One Day With God serves families affected by incarceration by teaching dads what it entails to be a great dad from a Biblical perspective. We provide an opportunity for dads to apply those teachings by spending all day with their children to reconnect, reconcile and do activities together. We also use that time to minister to the kid’s caregivers.
